This website is run by Maison Jardin (SIRET 515 183 465 00019), a property management and concierge business in Côte-d'Or, France. Maison Jardin is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can contact us about your data at contact@maisonjardinfrance.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, your email address, the town or village where your property is, your telephone or WhatsApp number if you give it, and your message. We only collect what you choose to send us.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, for clients, the contract between us. We do not use your details for advertising and we never sell them.

Who can see it

Your messages are read only by the Maison Jardin team. Our website is hosted by IONOS, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to three years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as French law requires, for example for accounting.

Cookies

Some features of this site, such as the map on our contact page (Google Maps) and IONOS website statistics, can set cookies. They only load if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the Privacy Settings button on the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email contact@maisonjardinfrance.com and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the CNIL, France's data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
